West Fraser is seeking a Planer Supervisor to lead safe, efficient operation of our planer mill in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise hourly crews, coordinate production schedules, and ensure lumber quality meets specifications. You will drive safety standards, troubleshoot equipment issues, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
The Planer Supervisor monitors KPIs, optimizes throughput, supports continuous improvement, and provides training, coaching, and performance feedback to build a skilled, engaged team aligned with West Fraser’s safety-first, sustainable culture.
