West Fraser is seeking a Planer Supervisor to lead safe, efficient operation of the planer mill in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise production crews, coordinate scheduling, and ensure quality lumber output while meeting safety, cost, and productivity targets. You will monitor equipment performance, support troubleshooting and maintenance coordination, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Planer Supervisor will train, coach, and evaluate team members, reinforce safety and environmental standards, and contribute to a culture of integrity, collaboration, and sustainable manufacturing.
