West Fraser is seeking a Planer Supervisor to lead safe, efficient operation of the planer mill in our manufacturing facility. In this role you will supervise production teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure lumber quality meets production targets and customer specifications. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, support preventive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in safety, uptime, and yield.
The Planer Supervisor coaches and develops team members, enforces safety and environmental standards, tracks KPIs, and partners with maintenance and management to optimize mill performance in a modern, sustainable wood products operation.
