To support compliance and documentation efforts, the full-time remote Plan Document Analyst Associate will draft, revise, and maintain ERISA-compliant Plan Documents and amendments, ensuring adherence to federal regulations while collaborating with internal teams and the Legal department. Key responsibilities Develops and manages health plan documents, including Plan Documents and Summary Plan Descriptions, while coordinating approvals and secure storage Analyzes and resolves issues reported by users and collaborates with the Legal department on compliance matters Facilitates new group implementation meetings to gather detailed benefit information and ensures system configuration aligns with plan administration requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or five years of relevant experience in healthcare or insurance Preferred experience in writing documentation or instructional materials Knowledge of managed care, health insurance, or third-party administrative services Understanding of federal and state laws impacting self-funded clients Project management experience is preferred
