Managing a portfolio of employer-sponsored retirement plans, the fully remote Plan Consultant - DB/CB will administer Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans while ensuring compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations. Key Responsibilities Independently manage and maintain an assigned book of defined benefit, cash balance, and/or defined contribution plans Prepare and review valuations and compliance testing in accordance with ERISA guidelines and IRS procedures Assist plan sponsors with the plan termination process and provide quality communication with clients and advisors Required Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in defined benefit and cash balance administration Intermediate experience performing DC nondiscrimination testing In-depth knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations Proficient skills with Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively
