Working remotely in a full-time salaried capacity, the Plan Analyst will construct and implement new plan documents in the claims system while maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the plan documents under their scope of responsibility. Key responsibilities Designs and implements system setup in accordance with plan document descriptions and adjusts systems per plan amendments Ensures plan language conforms to group intent and interprets plan document language for various departments Receives and resolves internal inquiries regarding plan document language and provides training and mentorship to new employees Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of Claims Examiner and/or plan building experience required Familiarity with VBA, Javelina, and/or GBAS system preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products and demonstrated ability to manage priorities effectively
