Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Plan Advisor Representative will remotely assist members by addressing inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims while managing a high volume of calls daily. Key responsibilities Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries by identifying the type of assistance needed Research and resolve complex issues related to medical, dental, and financial accounts, ensuring timely follow-up Educate members on health incentives and assist with appointment scheduling or other matters as needed Required qualifications High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent work experience Must be 18 years of age or older 1+ years of customer service experience in an office or professional setting Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during normal business hours of 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST Capability to participate in training classes and demonstrate understanding of the material
