LHH is assisting a highly regarded plaintiffs’ litigation law firm in its search for a Litigation Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, significant courtroom exposure, and the opportunity to develop as a trial lawyer.
The Role
You will work on cases from inception through trial and gain hands-on litigation experience, including:
- Managing matters through all stages of litigation
- Taking depositions of fact and expert witnesses
- Assisting with trials
- Working closely with experienced attorneys on complex plaintiffs’ matters
- Developing substantive experience in areas that may be new to you, with the firm willing to provide training
Asbestos litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
