Entry-Level Associate Attorney

We are a growing and client-focused personal injury law firm expanding our presence in Arizona. We are seeking an Entry-Level Associate Attorney who is eager to learn, develop their legal skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed attorney or someone looking to transition into personal injury law. No prior personal injury or litigation experience is required - we are committed to training and mentoring the right candidate.

What You'll Do

  • Learn all aspects of personal injury litigation and case management
  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents with guidance from experienced attorneys
  • Communicate with clients and help guide them through the legal process
  • Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
  • Assist with case strategy, litigation preparation, and case development
  • Work closely with a supportive and experienced legal team
  • Gradually grow into managing your own caseload as your experience develops

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Attorney in Arizona (required)
  • Recently licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for helping injured clients through challenging situations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
