Role - Personal Injury Associate Attorney

• Direct Trial Exposure: Work closely on high-stakes cases, with real opportunities to take cases through trial
• Substantial Caseload: Join a thriving team with immediate access to substantial PI work
• Base Salary: Starts at $150K for attorneys with 2 years’ experience
• Up to $220K–$250K for senior attorneys with extensive litigation or trial background

Commissions

• Substantial percentage of attorney’s fees on resolved cases
• Top performers currently earning $400K+ annually
• 2–15+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Strong experience with case management, client interaction, depositions, and trial preparation
• Trial experience is highly valued and rewarded financially
• Admitted in California and ready to work onsite in Orange County
• Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering results for clients
