Job Details
- Active New York Bar license
- 5+ years of plaintiff-side asbestos litigation experience
- Strong knowledge of asbestos-related diseases, exposure pathways, and product identification
- Experience handling corporate discovery and depositions
- Experience developing and working with experts
- Ability to independently manage a complex asbestos docket
- Strong written, oral advocacy, and client communication skills
- Trial preparation experience strongly preferred
- Additional state admissions are a plus
