Responsibilities
- Caseload: 10-15 cases in various jurisdictions across the country
- Will need to travel -
- 100% Mesothelioma
- Attend court appearances and hearings
- Attorneys without Trial Capacity will attend in a Joint Capacity to learn and grow
- 2+ years of Plaintiff Products Liability/Catastrophic Injury experience
- Asbestos case management preferred
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
- 3 BCBS plans - Fully paid premium for attorney - $500 per month for added dependents
