What You'll Do
Be the Face of Engauge
- Greet and assist walk-in candidates at our Milwaukee branch with professionalism and warmth.
- Guide job seekers through our intake process and offer tech support when needed.
- Run background checks and review applicant eligibility.
- Assist with pre-employment paperwork.
- Verify records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Match candidates to job opportunities based on preferences and shift availability.
- Help candidates resolve timecard and payroll questions.
- Lead candidate tours at client facilities, as needed.
- Offer Day 1 on-site support for new associates, from introductions to issue resolution.
Must-Haves:
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in staffing, customer service, or high-volume recruiting environments
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing tasks
- Comfortable working 100% onsite -no remote option available
- A checklist enthusiast-organized, detail-driven, and dependable

- Calm under pressure and steady in the face of the unexpected
