IA Analyst / Registration Authority SpecialistLeidos' Digital Modernization sector is seeking an IA Analyst / Registration Authority Specialist in support of the Marine Corps Cyber Operations Group (MCCOG) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) contract. This position provides PKI RA support for the implementation, maintenance, and sustainment of the DoD/NSS/Marine Corps PKI and will work out of Quantico in VA (100% onsite). We expect the position to become available in May 2026.
Responsibilities include:Create and remove Local Registration Authorities (LRAs)Perform issuance and revocation of:Role-based certificatesCode signing certificatesEnd-user certificatesAdministrator certificatesServer certificatesPerform alternate token issuanceConduct NIPR/SIPR key recoveryPerform SIPRNet token and CAC PIN resetsManage production and issuance of USMC Alternate Tokens (via NEATS) and DoD/NSS SIPRNet tokens (via TMS)Provide USMC LRA audit supportOperate in a fast-paced environment as part of the USMC's sole PKI Enterprise Help Desk, providing global support (including tactical environments).Support development and delivery of PKI training and outreach initiatives across USMC environments.Basic Qualifications:Active DoD Secret clearance with SCI eligibilityAbility to obtain a favorable adjudication on a T5 investigationHigh School diploma or GED and 3+ years of Registration Authority experience. Additional education may be considered in lieu of some experience, pending approval.DoD/NSS PKI RA experienceKey Recovery Agent experienceRA/LRA Auditor experienceDoD/NSS PKI RA CertificationDoD/NSS Key Recovery Agent CertificationCompTIA Security+ (or equivalent)Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as strong writing and presentation skills
