Job Description Job Description Barton Staffing Solutions is hiring General Laborers for a leading pizza manufacturing facility in Crest Hill, IL . Join a fast-paced team supporting the production and packaging of high-quality pizza products. Join the team in Crest Hill, IL, supporting the manufacturing of high-quality pizza products in a fast-paced environment.
Environment: Production environment with varying temperatures, including cold and hot working conditions.
1st Shift

• Pay: $17.01/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday
• Environment: Colder production line

3rd Shift

• Pay: $18.01/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:45 PM-6:00 AM
• Overtime: As needed
• Environment: Temperature-controlled production areas ranging from -30 ree;F to 176 ree;F

Responsibilities:

• Package pizza products according to company standards

• Operate case erectors, case packers, and case sealers
• Hand-pack products into boxes
• Verify product quality and packaging integrity
• Requisition materials as needed
• Report quality or production issues to leads or supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all GMP, food safety, and company safety guidelines
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity

• Basic communication skills in English

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 10-13 hours
• Ability to frequently walk, bend, reach, and perform physical activities

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
