All of this takes place in a small, fast-paced kitchen environment.Our teams are tight-knit (3–5 people per shift), so you'll wear multiple hats throughout the day. In addition to prep, you'll support the BOH team during high-volume periods by assisting with pizza production and helping keep up with dishes to ensure smooth operations.
