We foster a culture of service, accountability, and respect, recognizing that every employee contributes to delivering the essential services that help power the world.Arc services exist to lead as a trusted services provider by delivering dependable solutions, developing and employing exceptionally talented people, building long term partnerships, and contributing to the communities we serve - helping power the world today and into the future.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret drawings/design change procedures to install piping systemsInstall, modify, and/or repair piping systems, pipe hangers, and supportsUse power and hand tools including, but not limited to, small machine tools, grinders, drills, and hand tools required for metal fabrication.Ability to prep piping for welding, know/perform different types of bevels, and post weld ISI prep.Adhere to all site and company rules, regulations, PPE requirements, etc.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications3 years minimum of industrial pipe fitting experience, nuclear experience a plusAbility to pass basic written and hands on pipefitter test at home officeAbility to pass background screens and drug/alcohol testing as required by our customers.Ability to work with minimal supervision as well as working as part of a team.Must have reliable transportation, be able to travel extensively, and work variable hours.TWIC card a plus.Physical RequirementsPerform sustained physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing, and working extended shiftsLift, carry, push, and pull tools, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and work in varied body positionsWork at heights and in confined or restricted spacesWork in outdoor and indoor environments under varying weather and site conditionsWork on uneven, slippery, or rough terrain in active industrial or construction settingsWear required personal protective equipment, including fall protection and respiratory protection when requiredMaintain situational awareness and communicate effectively to work safely around moving equipment and hazards
