QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or GED
* Prior relevant experience a must!
* Knowledge of chilled water, condensing water, and heating water
* Must have proper tools for task, will verify upon employment
* Knowledge of pipe fitting carbon steel, copper, stainless steel
* Knowledge of Welding methods, Braze/Solder, propress and Victaulic
* Knowledge of B31.1 and B31.9
* Knowledge of Pump/Chiller/Boiler/Cooling Tower/WSHP and FCU tie ins
* Able to read and interpret prints, specifications, and submittals
* Must be a good communicator, verbal, written, and planner
* Must be self-motivated and present daily
* Able to work in fast-paced environments and accomplish tasks on time
* Capable of working well with others
