Pipe Working LeadermanA Pipe Working Leaderman is responsible for directing his/her workforce in the successful fitting and welding of all piping components of assigned vessels.The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of craft-specific experience performing fitting/welding of piping functions and be able to interpret standard construction drawings. Should have basic knowledge of welding specific processes and techniques in addition to being familiar with standard marine practices and general specifications for construction. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors.
Also, must have a strong focus on quality, production, safety and environmental aspects of work being performed.
