Genesis Staffing is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to supervise pipe department crews supporting ship repair projects. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, shipyard experience, and the ability to read blueprints and coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
Responsibilities:
Pay: $31.25-$34.00/hr DOE and interview
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-5:00 PM, with overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct pipe department employees.
- Coordinate daily work with the Superintendent, Operations Manager, and craftsmen.
- Read and interpret blueprints, job procedures, and project drawings.
- Ensure crews have the proper tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Identify and correct safety hazards.
- Maintain inventory and required project documentation.
- Participate in safety meetings and assist with JSA/JHA procedures.
- Motivate and guide employees to complete work safely and efficiently.
- Perform pipe work as needed to support the crew.
