We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Position Highlights:Teach Group Floor Mat Pilates 1 day per weekMonday, Wednesday, or Friday at 9amCompensation: $55 - $60 per hour (hourly and commission combined)Responsibilities:Lead safe, structured mat Pilates classes for mixed fitness levelsDemonstrate exercises clearly and offer modifications/regressions/progressionsCue proper alignment, breathing, and control (core principles of Pilates)Keep classes engaging, paced well, and on timeQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience teaching mat Pilates classes in a studio, gym, or group fitness settingCurrent Pilates certification from a recognized program (mat certification required; comprehensive certification a plus)Strong understanding of Pilates principles (alignment, core engagement, breathwork, control)Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain before starting)Excellent verbal cueing and communication skillsAbility to create safe, engaging, and well-structured class sequencesReliable, punctual, and able to manage class flow independentlyComfortable working in a group fitness environmentWhy Join Us?
