Empowered Pilates in Colorado seeks a Full-time Instructional Excellence Specialist to support and develop our growing team of Pilates instructors across Empowered Pilates.
This non-supervisory coaching role focuses on instructor success, instructional quality, mentorship, and the member experience, while you continue teaching 12–15 group classes weekly and travel between studios as needed.
