Picker/Packer
Partners Personnel is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers for a warehouse in Moreno Valley. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick tickets or RF scanners.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Label and prepare shipments according to company guidelines.
- Verify product quantities and inspect items for quality before packing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, picking, or packing experience preferred.
- Experience using an RF scanner is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
