Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow order paperwork, shipping documents, and work instructions.
- Basic English communication skills required for safety, training, and order fulfillment tasks.
- Previous warehouse, order picking, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- Experience operating forklifts, cherry pickers, or other material handling equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse procedures preferred.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable performing repetitive picking, stocking, and order fulfillment tasks.
- Ability to reach, bend, lift, and move products throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working at elevated heights when operating cherry pickers or high-bay equipment.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures.
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately according to order paperwork and shipping requirements.
- Match products and garments to customer orders while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity.
- Walk warehouse aisles to locate and pull inventory for order fulfillment.
- Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and other warehouse equipment to retrieve and stock inventory.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory control activities as assigned.
- Stock products in designated warehouse locations and maintain organized inventory.
- Follow company safety policies, quality standards, and warehouse procedures.
- Assist with additional shipping, receiving, warehouse, and inventory tasks as needed.
