We are seeking a detail-oriented, efficient Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is essential to our smooth operations, ensuring that orders are accurately prepared and shipped on time. Responsibilities include inventory management, order processing, shipping preparation, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and process orders accurately.
- Track and organize inventory, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
- Label, prepare, and arrange shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Inspect items for quality before shipping.
- Keep the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
- Maintain records of shipments, order lists, and inventory.
- Work closely with other departments to meet fulfillment goals.
Requirements:
- No degree required; previous warehouse/fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
