Fulfillment Specialist
CALLING ALL GAMERS!! Our client, a leader in the hobby, gaming, and toy industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Fulfillment Specialist
Location: Middleton, WI
Pay Range: $18/HR
Shift: Shifts available Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Will work 5 days, 8 hours each.
What's the Job?
- Pick orders according to customer specifications using company guidelines
- Pack customer orders efficiently and accurately to ensure timely delivery
- Scan inventory and verify stock for damages or defects
- Communicate effectively with team leads to prioritize daily tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Ability to lift, handle, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for 8-10 hours in various temperatures
