Marathon Staffing is seeking reliable Picker Packers to support warehouse operations in our Administrative & Support & Waste Management client sites. In this role, you will accurately pick items from shelves using pick lists or scanners, inspect products, and pack orders securely for shipment. You’ll label boxes, palletize, and stage completed orders while meeting productivity and quality standards.
The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and following all safety and cleanliness guidelines. You’ll work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team focused on accuracy, teamwork, and on-time order fulfillment.
