Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and distribution activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Monday - Friday and Sunday, from 10:00am-6:00pm (Off on Saturday)

What's the Job?

• Manage pick ticket orders from warehouse management systems.
• Physically pull inventory from shelves to ensure accurate delivery of warehouse products.
• Pack orders, including shrink wrapping contents onto pallets.
• Operate handling equipment safely and follow all safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area to meet daily warehouse goals.

What's Needed?

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or distribution experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand and stay active for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working in a cold and wet environment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
