Key Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately based on customer orders using pick lists or scanning devices.
- Pack products securely to prevent damage during transportation.
- Label, sort, and stage orders for shipping.
- Load and unload trucks as required.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock replenishment.
- Follow PepsiCo's safety, food safety, and quality procedures.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, picker/packer, or distribution experience is an asset but not always required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg) regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
