What You'll Do:
- Carefully pull and pack products based on daily orders, ensuring each order is accurate and complete.
- Organize and keep products separated, properly rotated, and ready for shipment.
- Monitor product quality regularly, promptly reporting any issues to maintain safety and standards.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and support team goals.
Required Skills:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Capable of twisting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to ensure orders are accurate and products are organized.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with pick and pack systems or inventory management.
- Basic math skills for counting and verifying orders.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus but not required.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work the full shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, and bending throughout your shift.
