- Pick parts and materials according to work orders
- Pack and prepare shipments following company standards
- Move and handle heavy parts safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Follow all safety policies and warehouse guidelines
- Experience in warehouse order picking and packing
- Ability to lift heavy parts up to company limits
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Prior work experience in Pick/Pack
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid work history
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
