Picker/Packer Associate
We are seeking a Picker/Packer to join our client's team. In this role, you will handle material, pick and pack orders, stage orders for delivery, all while maintaining accurate inventory using an RF scanner.
Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour
  
• Shift Days: Monday - Friday
  
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (until finish)
  
• Position Type: Full-time (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders according to pick sheets or system instructions.
  
• Utilize hand-held RF scanners to scan items, verify order accuracy, track inventory movements, and process shipments.
  
• Perform active physical labor, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting for the duration of an 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM shift in a non-climate-controlled environment.
  
• Work Monday through Friday, staying past standard shift times as needed until daily order volume is fully finished.
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while adhering to all company safety protocols.

Requirements & Work Attire

• Required PPE: Steel-toe shoes/boots and safety vest are strictly required on site.
  
• Candidates will be standing and walking for long periods of time IN A NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED environment.
