Picker Packer Associate
Location: Rogers, MN
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and dependable Picker Packer Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Rogers, MN. This role is responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately using pick lists, scanners, or warehouse systems
- Pack products securely and prepare shipments for delivery
- Verify order accuracy and inspect products for quality
- Label, sort, and stage completed orders
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse locations
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming materials as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment safely when required
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and efficient
Qualifications
Required
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or order fulfillment experience
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer and scanning device experience
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
