Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packers/Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining quality standards and a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
- Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements.
- Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and warehouse areas.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all warehouse safety guidelines and operating procedures.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
- Support general warehouse operations and team objectives.
