About the Role
Triad Complete Healthcare is a rapidly growing network of medical providers and partners focused on primary and specialty outpatient care. The Ardmore clinic offers an affiliated pharmacy and clinical pharmacist, with independence to meet community needs. We provide full administrative support, equipment, and staffing so the NP/PA can practice efficiently. The employment contract includes competitive base salary and performance‑based bonuses.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assess patient health through interview and physical examination, including review of medical history.
- Chart patient care in patient and department records.
- Provide quality outpatient services by appointment.
- Conduct health maintenance, education, disease prevention, and periodic screening for adults.
- Perform well-women gynecological exams with screening, history, examinations, and education.
- Educate patients on disease processes and healthy habits.
- Maintain knowledge of immunization schedules and adult health maintenance recommendations.
- Order and evaluate laboratory and radiology studies.
- Assist with implementation of the MSO’s quality assurance program.
- Complete continuing medical education and maintain licensure.
- Maintain prescriptive authority license (OBNDD, DEA number).
- Prescribe medications within the nurse practitioner formulary.
- Assist with community health screening and prevention activities.
- Inform the Medical Director of difficult cases, poor outcomes, or other agency involvement.
- Interact effectively with patients, families, clinic team members, and others.
- Complete delegated activities, projects, and committee functions within appropriate time span.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Oklahoma (required).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Proven ability to work effectively with staff and the public.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, manage multiple projects, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality.

- Ability to identify diseases and develop treatment plans based on clinical assessment.
