Physician - Vascular Surgeon

Position Summary

The University of Kansas Health System (TUKHS) and the Department of Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center are seeking a faculty member to join its expanding Vascular Surgery team. The role includes inpatient, outpatient, and procedural care across the Kansas City region, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless access to advanced vascular care. Faculty members are expected to participate in education and mentorship of medical students, residents, and vascular fellows, engage in clinical trials, outcomes‑based research, quality improvement initiatives, and scholarly activities, including publication and presentation at regional and national conferences.

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree required, or equivalent degree
• Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Vascular Surgery
• Completion of a Vascular Surgery Fellowship or integrated residency
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Kansas and Missouri
