Pay & Benefits

What You ll Do

• Provide outpatient geriatric medical evaluations and management of chronic, complex conditions
• Conduct preventive care and health screenings for senior patients
• Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop personalized treatment plans
• Manage medication protocols and coordinate care with other health professionals
• Document patient visits accurately using Epic EMR system
• Participate in after-hours call coverage approximately one week per year, including weekends
• Support patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention

What You Need

• Active medical license, board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Minimum 1 year outpatient primary care or geriatrics experience
• Strong clinical skills with geriatrics and chronic disease management
• Compassionate communication and patient-focused approach
