What You ll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a busy ER with 3 beds, overseeing direct patient care.
• Serve as Charge Nurse, leading shifts and coordinating with staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document clinical procedures accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations of the ER and Med Surg units during assigned shifts.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, demonstrating leadership and clinical expertise.

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid RN license
  • Charge nurse or leadership experience in ER
  • Ability to work night shifts
• Preferred:
  • Previous experience working in ER and Med Surg units
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
