- Licenses: Active OH license (Preferred), DEA (Required); eligibility to apply
- DEA: Active DEA Certification
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience; Completion of Vascular Surgery Fellowship
- Other Qualifications: Clean background no malpractice or license issues; must include prior work history at BSMH if applicableDuties & Responsibilities
