• Shift: 8-hour shifts (day/evening options available)
• Hours per Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: Contract through VHS
• Licensure/Certifications: KY nursing license required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of orthopaedic surgery or orthopedic nursing experience

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay rate of $1.00

What You ll Do:

• Assist in preoperative and postoperative orthopaedic patient care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families about procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records

What You Need:

• Valid Kentucky nursing license (RN)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopaedic surgery or orthopedic nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and equipment
