Physician Sales Liaison

Driving referrals into Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs, the full-time Physician Sales Liaison will engage in high-volume outbound calls to physician practices, utilizing EHR/EMR systems to identify eligible patients and secure referrals. Key Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to assigned physician practices Pull eligible patient lists from EHR/EMR systems each day Confirm referrals on the spot or lock in a specific follow-up time Required Qualifications 2-5 years in outbound sales, inside sales, consultative sales, or patient/provider enrollment with a proven quota track record Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding call-based activity or conversion goals Comfort making a high volume of outbound calls daily and handling rejection Working familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or comparable clinical data platforms Active, hands-on daily use of AI tools in a prior or current sales workflow
