Job Description

Triad Complete Healthcare is looking for an industrious PA/Nurse Practitioner interested in ownership of their own practice. You will own and operate a branded Triad Complete Healthcare clinic. This agreement guarantees ownership of your own practice, oversight over staffing and office needs, and provides a full suite of administrative support:

  • providing full EMR
  • credentialing
  • billing and coding
  • tech support
  • hiring assistance
  • employment contracts
  • on-site training
  • malpractice coverage (including covering your premiums)
  • hands‑on management assistance
  • back‑end support

Our management services group offers higher‑level support without controlling every aspect of your practice. The goal is to run your practice effectively and financially healthy, while allowing you to invest and improve both your practice and yourself. We will handle setup work, absorb many recurring operating fees, assist in hiring a manager, and provide continuous assistance to the manager.

Requirements

  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oklahoma, required
  • Current BLS/CPR certification required
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, required to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent listening, speaking, and interpersonal skills for patient and colleague communication
  • Responsible use of income to operate the practice and satisfy staffing needs (risk management)
  • Ability to identify diseases and health conditions through clinical interviews, physical examinations, and lab test results (problem solving)
  • Evaluation of treatment options to choose the best outcome (critical thinking)
  • Empathy and compassion for patients and families
  • Leadership skills to manage team members such as RNs and LPNs
