To support physician recruitment efforts, the full-time remote Physician Relations Specialist will conduct phone interviews with graduating residents and fellows to gather essential recruitment information for healthcare organizations. Key responsibilities Complete phone interviews with physicians to obtain personal contact information and future practice desires Place outbound calls to physicians regarding future practice opportunities and connect with residents/fellows on social media Meet daily and weekly quotas for phone call attempts and interviews, producing 80-100 calls each day Required qualifications High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support preferred Experience using LinkedIn and conducting outbound calls Self-motivated with a sales-oriented approach towards gatekeepers Superior listening skills and professional phone communication Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
