Physician Relations Specialist

Conducting phone interviews with graduating residents and fellow physicians, the full-time remote Physician Relations Specialist will gather recruitment information, place outbound calls regarding practice opportunities, and connect with candidates on social media. Key responsibilities Complete phone interviews to obtain personal contact information and practice desires from physicians Make outbound calls to physicians about future practice opportunities and inform them about career resources Meet daily and weekly quotas for call attempts and interviews, producing 80-100 calls each day Required qualifications High school degree or equivalent work experience in market research, sales, or customer support preferred Experience using LinkedIn and a sales approach towards gate-keepers Outbound call experience is preferred Self-motivated with strong listening skills and professional phone communication Ability to manage time effectively and perform data entry accurately
