- 100% outpatient role in a multidisciplinary, team-based care model
- Manage a smaller, highly supported patient panel (up to 100 patients per team)
- Collaborative team includes nursing, case management, peer support, substance use, housing, and employment specialists
- Practice based on the campus of a dedicated behavioral health and psychiatric facilityAcademic opportunities:
- Teaching involvement with Psychiatry residents (PGY-3/PGY-4) and medical students
