Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart failure, and other chronic diseases
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform annual wellness visits and preventive care
- Collaborate with specialists and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families to promote healthier lifestyles
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Supervise Advanced Practice Providers when appropriate
Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain)
- Outpatient primary care experience preferred
- Passion for senior-focused, value-based healthcare
- Strong communication and leadership skills
