Conviva Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician. You will work onsite at the Conviva clinic in Miami, FL and report to the associate medical director. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Responsibilities
- You will deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
- You will maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- You will diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
- You will work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or willing to obtain)
- Current unrestricted DEA license, or must obtain
- Two years' or more experience in primary care, geriatric care, or managing chronic conditions
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
