Physician Pod Leader — Lead Home-Based Primary Care Team

HarmonyCares in the United States seeks a Medical Pod Leader to serve as the clinical leader of the pod team, ensuring accurate diagnosis, documentation, quality, patient experience, safety and provider productivity. The role partners with APPs and reports to Market leadership.

You will supervise on-site physicians and APPs, drive high-risk care, conduct chart audits, support EMR efficiency, and participate in ongoing clinical education to advance patient-centered home-based care.
