Quick Facts Location: Olympia, WA Start Date: 09/29/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: 3 clinic days/week + OR days + call (24-hour call from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM) Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule (approximately 10-12 days/month) Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Valid medical license in Washington required Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr (please note, this is a placeholder; competitive pay packages are offered) Benefits: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program What You ll Do Provide specialized Urology services in outpatient clinic and scheduled OR time Manage cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing Cover a 24-hour on-call shift, serving as the sole Urology provider with APP backup support Collaborate closely with an integrated medical team including MDs, PAs, RN, and MAs Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical procedures Participate in scheduled clinic and operating room duties, including weekdays and weekends as needed What You Need Valid medical license in Washington State Urology Board Certification or Eligibility Minimum of 2 years of Urology practice experience preferred Strong procedural skills and ability to manage complex cases Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment This is a full-time Urology Physician role at a well-respected healthcare facility in Olympia, WA. The provider will primarily handle outpatient clinic duties and scheduled OR time, with periodic on-call responsibilities.
