Description:This position is for an inpatient rehabilitation setting.The facility has a maximum census of 33 inpatient rehab beds.The physician will supervise 3-4 advanced practice providers.The physician will work with an interdisciplinary team.The majority of patients have neurologic diagnoses, including stroke and traumatic brain injury.The physician is expected to lead team conferences.There is a robust consultation service managing 25-40 patients.Hours of operation are Monday through Friday.This role does not have outpatient responsibilities.The expected patient encounters per shift is 30.The facility has a trauma level of 2.
